SEMI-PERMANENT LASH EXTENSIONS

Semi-permanent eyelash extensions have become the craze for women of every genre. With celebs rocking them daily and the rest of us pining to indulge before a big night out, they've become to our faces what the little black dress is to our wardrobes: the must-have accessory for a glamorous night out. It is one of the fastest-growing beauty trends, and additionally, one that is very high in demand.

The process itself takes between one to two hours, since an extension is attached to every individual one of your eyelashes for the most dramatic, full and long-lasting effect. With a range of styles, from natural to dramatic, there is something for everyone.

Volume lashes, also known as Russian Volume, is a technique that was developed by master-level lash artists in Russia and Ukraine. It consists of a fan of 2 - 6 synthetic extensions being applied to each lash, which results in volume, thickness, and a dramatically dark lash line look.

Irina Levchuk of Lash & Brow Academy Russia brought her own volume technique to Canada in May 2013 for the first hands-on Russian Volume training in North America. As a result, the Eyelash Extensions industry will never be the same!

Irina Levchuk’s unique courses in the eyebrows and eyelashes are sought after worldwide, and she is perhaps the most well-known international coach in lash and brow artistry.

HISTORY OF LONGMI LASHES®

Lash Guru to the stars, Daniel Dinh, has been sought after by celebrities and people all over the world who want to look their best. He enhances each clients’ lashes, regardless of gender, by mixing different textures, colours, degrees of curvature and lengths of eyelash extensions resulting in a fully customized design. The eyelash innovator’s technique mimics Mother Nature and painlessly extends lashes to lengths thought previously impossible.

At the start of 2006, Daniel met Priscilla Presley. Presley was deeply impressed by the results of Daniel’s work and suggested he patent his novel technique. After nearly four years of testing and research, Daniel Dinh was finally granted the first and only patent for the “method of applying multiple-layer eyelash extension.”
